Dr madam/sir I have taken from treatment on 5/10/15 , next day so sever pain to me that’s y I discontinue the treatment , I can paid for 5000 rs, I told Mrs nithya I can pay now trail amount only .but nithya is say to me just u booking the token convince to collect the cash, after that I asking for so many calls no bodies irresponsible
