I have taken loan from cash world app,I paid full amount but it’s not updated in the app,the collective agents messaged me through watsup and told me to pay 1710 penalty ,I paid penalty also but it is not updated in the app then that person also not answering my messages and pick up my calls ,then other person contact through watsup and steal my contacts and pictures and harassing me to pay full payment ,please do some help
