I took loan from cashnow app and made full payment before the due date through Bank account which was provided by the company. I followed the instructions they gave me and uploaded the receipt on the app and have to wait for 1-2 business working days for it to be updated on the app. It’s 4days now and it still shows that I have pending loans to pay meanwhile I paid full. And customer support keeps on telling me to wait for 1-2 business working days. The annoying thing is that the due date is just around the corner and if they don’t update on the app that I have cleared my bills ,fines will start reading.
