CCAVENUE – Amount deducted from bank and CCAVENUE denies about getting it.

Dear Sir,
Today (27th March 2018) I was purchasing a domain and hosting from GoDaddy.com. I made a transaction from my debit card. The order showed, it failed. So, I again tried to make the transaction. The transaction took place through CCAVENUE. This time it showed Order successful. I received message from my bank Rs. 6560 deducted from my bank account. After few moments later I receive another message that another Rs. 6560 got deducted from my account.

I contacted the Godaddy.com support to help me get back my money. They were not of much help. They told me to contact CCAVENUE through their mail. I mailed them regarding this matter. Now they deny about the payment received. I am really in a very serious problem. Any help to get the extra Rs. 6560 deducted from my account would be highly appreciated.
