I ordered a iphone 11 from cellbuddy website which is mentioned in this complaint with the link and adress.I ordered on 22nd May and after one day I received a call that to pay 999/- for COD Placement ie. Cash on delivery later after one day I received another call from the cellbuddy executive that the phone colour which I ordered is not there so she told white phone with 100 battery health is there with 128 gb storage she added that it would cost 1000 extra .I ordered for 16999+999 cod bt she told 17999+999 cod . I got a doubt but later as trust is the only way as I already paid 999 I told ok .she talked rudely during that time when I raised my voice that how could u charge 1000 extra. The numbers to which I called was 9799990909 and another number is 9920222786. They just simply end the call without replying properly after this issue again they missed the adress and ship to another adress they told we’ll reship but later as already the parcel shipped I somehow managed to travel and collected the order. After all this chaos the main thing is the phone which looks good outside but when I switch on I literally cried because there were 2 lines on the display and the edges of the phone have leak display which I shared a picture.I saved the money from so long and invested on my dream phone but it went like this . My complete savings is gone . And now when I called and informed them about this they gave one customer service number they told that you should send the phone return we’ll check the issue and resend to you. Once I already got fraud from them in what trust I should send the phone back. So I asked for any other service center near me or else please replace the order because there is an major issue with display . I thought of phone service in my own money but I can’t afford as I already invested more . please don’t do this with the customers.with innocence they invest in you and if u are not able to give genuine products to the amount what they spent please don’t give the worst service.
