.My booking is from Mumbai to udupi.reserved ticket.coach S7.unable to board the train at Thane station as all compartments locked from inside by unreserved passengers seated in the train .RPf and station master arrived.train was stopped for almost an hour.no solution found by the staff to help us get in.train departed right in front of our eyes.i was standing helpless. contacted helpline.no use.they ask me to wait.train left.but no reply.went to station master alongwith other aggreived passengers.SM says he can’t do much except will try to refund or will have to travel by Konkan Kanya as an unreserved passenger.

Atrocities of Railway department…

I demand an explanation immediately.

I need a suitable compensation…as I have lost my money in all lodging arrangements made by me for my stay….all due to the irresponsibility of railways

Irresponsibility of railways towards service of rightful passengers.
