Dear sir/madam,
We have booked a flat in 2015 and we paid 21 lacs booking amount via cheque. The company claimed that they will provide possession in 2020. Already 5 years over but still no work has done. Also they do not give proper response when we visit at their office. Now i am reading so many fraud case in dwarka. I am afraid of loosing money. It is a very huge amount. I want my money back. Please help.
