I ordered a mountain snow electric bicycle mrp 39,999 at 91% discount . 3799/- was the amount that I paid , on 22nd july 2021 .
I received a confirmation on mail for payment.
After that no information has been received regarding the delivery and the site is not working after 27th july.
I tried sending mails to the company , it bounces back .
If this is a genuine platform for complaints , then do the needful and help me get the cycle . If not atleast the payment needs to be refunded ASAP .
