I placed orders for two phone cases. However, the one case I recently received does not look as good as the phone case I ordered. For that, I had to pay ₹450 for this product, which is valued at ₹399, plus an extra ₹50 for delivery.
They only sent the one phone case that I ordered, even though I ordered two. However, the one case I got didn’t even resemble the item I ordered.
The product I received does not even fit in, and it looks like a worse phone case.
Even though I paid 450 rupees for a worthless phone case, the product I received is not even worth 50 rupees.
I therefore wish to return my item and receive a reimbursement for the item I purchased. Since 450 is a significant sum of money for me, I need my refund right away.
I’m hoping you can figure out how to fix my issue. I also want my refund processed right away. Would you kindly assist me in locating the company’s refund offers?
