Hi.

I had bought a watch from this website. They confirmed my payment on the 02nd of April. After waiting for about 4-5 days when I called to check on the status of the delivery of my product they informed me that the watch was out of stock and they would refund the money. I have been following up with them since and I have not received my refund though they keep saying that the refund has been processed.

In this whole thing it’s always me who has to call and follow up with them. Not once since I have placed my order have they called or written to me to inform me about the product not being available nor regarding the refund etc.

Please do the needful.
