Hi,
I had placed an order for a bouquet in their site on 13 the feb for rs 794. The bouquet wasn’t delivered. I had requested for a refund, for which there was no response. I received a mail saying they were unable to deliver fresh products and asked me to choose another product, for which i replied by selecting about product. No response. Their customer care numbers are not attended by anyone. It looks like a scam. Kindly look into it and i would like the refund. Thank you
