Have not yet received the order till now & the Customer Service Team headed by someone by the name Indranil Choudhury does not bother to still tell me when will i receive the same.

But they have flatly denied cancellation & refund straightaway.

Please advice on how can i take this up at the right forums to help others go through this pain .
