Placed an order for flowers for my Mom to be delivered on Mother’s Day. The order was place 2 days before the delivery day.

The flowers were not delivered.

Have been asking for refund since 15-May-2017, they keep saying cancellation has been initiated and mail would come after which in another 5-7 days payment would be refunded, but still no mail nothing and customer care giving the same story.

Please suggest the way out for this.
