I am Pravin Nalawade I have purchased Royal Enfield 350 CC from cherry corporation. I have submitted my documents on 19/05/2023 but till 24/05/2023 Mr. Satish Makone and Mrs. Nita Bhatade madam asking abt documents and when we ask abt the vehicle till showing mi msg that not approved by RTO office. This is very pathetic and casual approach towards customer service.
Both of them just pushing their responsibilities and not having any approach towards the solving problem. I just wait week for giving chance to them but I feel that experience from day first. Mr. Satish Makone attitude towards is not acceptable at all. He should talk politely with all the customers and complete his work in time. Due to that type of people’s royal Enfield images will going to be spoiled. Due to that I suggest my friends some other brand.
