I received an email that mentioned my CV had been shortlisted for the post of java developer and I’ll have to clear a 2nd and a 3rd round to get the job.
I cleared both the rounds, then they sent an email that had 2 links in which one of which was about the laptop requirement and the other was a form that asked for our contact information and documents for verification(which included 10th, 12th, and degree grade cards, PAN card and AAdhaar card).
In the next step, we were asked to pay money as a processing fee which would be refunded in our salary.
(It was mentioned like this -“You need to pay a nominal fee of Rs. 337+18% GST as a processing fee which will be refunded by your organization in your first month salary”)
I paid the amount, after this, there was no email.

They had mentioned a 4th round which is an HR round and also a meeting but these things never happened. I also sent an email regarding the status of the joining process but there was no reply from their end.
