To whom it may concern,
I would like to complain about two Chinese companies who did not deliver and refunded what I purchased from them. The first company is called MACCE BICYCLE located at Wangqingtuo Town, Wuqing, District Tianjin, China Tel. No. +86 153 2374 2523 being the shipper and the other one is Awice Logistics located at Shenzhen Longgang China Tel. No. 0755-25906626 . These two companies are supposed to deliver the bicycle I ordered last year, June 28, 2021. I have been trying to reach them but both have ignored my emails. This is obviously a desperate effort to get my refund and also to make sure that these companies will never victimize other buyers as well. My order details are as follows: Order number: 7273, Product: Macce Folding Mountain Bike-(3 Knife Wheel) x1 Color: Red, Speed 27 Speed, Tire: 26 Inch. I hope that the authorities will catch these people and receive the necessary punishment. Thank you
