I had ordered a packet with 15 Nescafe coffee sachets from Chocotown.in and luckily for me, I had chosen the cash on delivery option. If I had not, I could have probably been scammed of the entire amount without anything even been delivered. On reading others complaints, I saw that their registered email and number are not reachable and there is apparently no other way to contact them. When I did finally get my package, I was not available at my residence so I sent the delivery agent the amount through an online transfer. To my complete shock, I had been sent a box of biscuits instead of some flavoured coffee that probably costs three times what the biscuits are priced at. Please dont make the mistake of ordering anything from here ever again.
