My self Yogesh kumar sahota worked at Cipla indore in the time period 05/04/2016 to18/06/2014 having employee code 96544. I had apply for PF withdarwl 4 to 5 times but due to some reason & correction they dont proceed my form & ask for correction. But on20/09/2016 i send complete form with all relevent informtion by confiming Mr. Rajendra singh thakur (H.R Personnel) on email as well as telephonically. but since i email so many times to Mr. Rajendra singh thakur, Manoj panchal & Ajit gupta(H.R head)But no body even reply, kindally look after this issue.
