We bought the flat in navi mumbai ulwe in feb 2019 & was promised by the builder developer that the possession & oc shall be in april 2019, hence the complete payment was being given to the builder. Inspite of repeat follow-up, builder informs he faced several uncontrolled reasons for the delay. There is no fixed commitment till feb 2020. We don’t know the future of our purchase.
