Dear sir,

It’s been almost 8 months, and i still have not received rs. 50, 000 (2 applications * rs 25000) refund of my application.

On nivara website of cisco, i have surrender my lottery winning in march 2019.

In april 2019 : status shows – action taken on their nivara website.

But i still did not get refund.
Kindly look into matter and do needful
