I am winner of cidko lottery 2019. I had applied for two flats. One i have won but second i have not. I have not got my refund of the flat which i did not win. Also for the flat that i have won, i am not able to login on the cidkonivara website as the application number shows as invalid. I tried putting other random number of another winner, still the same issue as “invalid application number”. Unless i do not login here, i cannot go ahead to book appointment portal or to surrender the lottery. I need my refund of my flat that i did not win and also need to go ahead with the procedure of login for the flat i have won.
