I hope you are doing well and reading this. I’m writing to let you know about a recent problem I had with an order I placed through the CityMall app (Order #35678048).

My order was delivered after the anticipated August 5 delivery date, on August 7, 2023. But my dissatisfaction doesn’t stop there.

I regret to inform you that the delivery of two items from my order, Harpic and Colin, totaling Rs. 200, revealed that they were missing.

I count on CityMall to provide accurate and timely service, so this incident has left me feeling very let down.

As a consistent buyer, I have high standards for the dependability and quality of every order I place. Experiencing such differences is disappointing.

Please give this issue your prompt attention, I beg of you.

I kindly request that you look into the incident and take the necessary steps to prevent similar mistakes from happening in the future.

I would appreciate a prompt resolution, whether it entails arranging for the delivery of the missing items as soon as possible or refunding the cost of the missing items.

I appreciate the convenience and service CityMall provides, and I think this incident can be handled in a way that makes me feel confident in your platform once again.
