I placed a pre-paid order for two 900g bottles of Cremica sqeasy tomato ketchup on March 28. Citymall promised that I would receive my item by March 30, however it is now April 9 and I still have not received it.
I attempted to submit a support issue through the CityMall app, but they consistently promise a quick delivery. Order 27450953 for me. I am tired of waiting for the stuff for the past 12 days, thus I want a return right away. Help me receive a refund, please.
