City Mall App Gurugram
On July 7, 2023, I placed a prepaid order on citymall. Order was supposed to be delivered on July 9, but it hasn’t been delivered as of today July 21. There is no way to contact customer care service representative.
My order can not be cancelled on the app. They did not respond to my email. My money has been held hostage by them. My Order id is 33993837 . Please assist me in solving this problem as quickly as you can.
