City Mall App
On May 3, 2023, I placed a prepaid order on citymall for Rs. 1931.50. Order was supposed to be delivered on May 4th, but it hasn’t been delivered as of today, May 7th. The delivery person doesn’t return my calls. There is no way to contact a customer service representative.
My order cannot be cancelled on the app. They did not respond to my email. My money has been held hostage by them. Ich heiße Rohit. 29775485 is the Order I’d. Please assist me in solving this problem as quickly as you can.
