I had purchased some groceries through the city mall app (a total of 6 items with an order ID of 25164524). On February 27, I received 5 goods (one was missing, an oil container), and the delivery boy told me to raise the issue on the app so that it would be delivered quickly. Additionally, he gave you till this point to accept the products and pay the whole sum. Simply return the item you received if it did not happen, and they will refund your money online.

I returned all the things I received after receiving no response on the missing item and finding no customer service information or support, but they are now stating that you did not return the goods.

There is not a helpline, customer service, or support number. This is a scam app that is active throughout India.

I do not want this type of cheating with any other Indian citizens alongside me because I am a responsible citizen. Therefore, this app ought to be prohibited throughout all of India, and serious action must be taken to stop it.
