Refund is still pending of the product ordered on 4th jan’24 with the order id-46741409, they have nt given my product at the time of delivery, saying that it will be refunded back, as it is not available, I have done online payment of all the items ordered. and they are saying that we are unable to process the refund , it is my fault that i should not give the OTP, how i would know that they will not refund me back.
