I ordered a few products from City Mall on 8/11/22, and they delivered them to me on 10/11/22. However, one of the items in my order is missing, and when I asked for a return or refund, they turned me down without offering me a remedy or my reimbursement.
I also emailed them, but they didn’t respond, and there is no way to reach them for customer service.
