I’ve not received any information about my order from this site and it always shows processing when I try to track the order. This website claims that the order will be received within maximum 14 days but it has been too long. The receiver of the payment displays the name Noor Fashion but the help e-mail id shows the name Manav Mendapara. I’ve contacted the [email protected] and Mr. Manav only responded for the first time that he’ll look into my order, but no action has been taken yet.

I had not received my order yet at it was ordered on 2nd November 2021 and didn’t informed about delivery as I had did full payment please it’s a humble request to look into my matter
Same here
But I didn’t hear back about anything from them.
Did they give any number or something else.
I ordered on December 4th and I’m suffering the same problems there are no updates and it always says processing.
The mails also get ignored since I haven’t heard from them.
