Order not placed although payment has done.
I ordered a dress on 18dec. I’ve done payment also but my order didn’t placed yet . It gives option to track the order but there is no any processing.

How to file a complaint against Clasiclub?
* Go to page
* Write Clasiclub in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Clasiclub.
I haven’t received my parcel yet as it has been more than 10 days. And whenever I track the order it always shows processing. So please deliver my parcel aap.
