I paid the required amount on 4 december 2021 and the status of the placed order is still processing. I recieved an email by “Gropacks” on the day I placed the order and paid for it that they have recieved the order and the amount. After that they did not give any information about my order. I tried to contact them by sending them an email but they did not reciprocate. I checked the discription of the items that I bought, and it showed that it mat take at least 20 to 10 bussiness days, so I waited till 2nd of January and emailed them again but they have’nt reciprocated yet.
