Ekta Sharma has ordered 2 winterwears from classic club in December around 12th of this month. Payment has been done but the order is still undelivered and there is not any report given by classic hub’s team to reveal the status of the order.
Please, try to give response to the customer so that they can get the right information at right time and also, if they want to order more from your site then they will proceed only after receiving the ordered products and if they don’t get the products then the desired products are added to cart and further proceedings remain stagnant. Already, many fraudulent activities are running so it leaves a bad impression on general public.
Few emails has been sent to you and to gropacks but they don’t reply at all.
Why even after the payment, people do not call and track. Few owners even call and ask the customer for the surity of order and confirm after ordering online so these kind of services are so nice but on the other hand from few sites no response is given by the team and the customers is left to panic. Customers like students, low income people and adults without jobs. Isn’t the service too slow or absent from this site to tell customers about the status of the order.
People can wait but for that track record should be given otherwise product should be delivered within a week.
How can someone without track record wait for more than 15 days?
That too, when others are providing good services.
Despite of your good offers, people will complain. How is that a good record for these products, online shopping and your brand?
I have received an email from gropacks about the payment but now more than 15 days are over but no text messages, emails, calls to tell about the product.
No call from this site waa made for confirmation and delivery of the product.
Please tell,
1) How long it will take to deliver?
2) can you make call to tell us about the product?
3) Can you do email like yoi did after payment?
4) How do you make assure the customer will get the product?
5) During winters, the needy ones are ordering so what if they don’t get?
6) Do you refund if you don’t deliver?
7) How will you refund if you aren’t delivering the products on time?
