I have ordered a sweater on 31 December 2021 and today is 12 January 2022 I still have not received my order yet.I hope I can’t get my order or refund. From the website I have ordered is also not opening now. I don’t know what to do. I’m really stressed out because of this problem. Please see through this problem.
