Classy Hub Collection – Non-receipt of two sarees ordered by me online with Classy Hub

I had ordered two sarees online on 22nd September, 2021 on the Website for Classy Hub viz. classyhub.in and paid Rs.998/- via internet banking on the same day. I immediately received an e-mail confirming receipt of payment for PP Enterprise. Thereafter I have not received any intimation about the products I ordered, about its shipment, etc. I tried to contact on their mobile number given on their website i.e. +91-9054164258 however that is not reachable. When we try to dial that number, a tape comes saying that the incoming call facility on this number is stopped for want of recharge. I also sent e-mails to them on their e-mail id (which is given on their website i.e.classyhub006@gmail.com). However, they have not bothered to either acknowledge receipt of my e-mail or respond me.

From the above, it seems that their intentions are not good and they don’t want to take the responsibility of supplying goods as advertised by them on their website. It seems that this is a fake and cheat website made out only to cheat the customers.

In the circumstances, I want to lodge this complaint against those fraud people and want to immediately receive my money (Rs.998/-) back.
