Classy hub – Product not received

I’ve placed my order from classy hub on 5 th of September they said I would get my order by 12th of September which I haven’t received yet. Then I went through all the complainants against that company. I’ve contacted bank it seems they can’t do anything about it. How do I get my refund please help me. I wish they get caught and stop doing fraud. They’ve mentioned number and address so I thought it was legal and trusted company, On the date of delivery which they mentioned I’ve contacted them but the phone is switched off and address is wrong.

* Write Classy hub in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Classy hub.
