I ordered black designer dress from closap. …bt yesterday I got some other cheap quality dress instead of that. ..tried lots of time to contact them bt there is no response. …they are fraud

i received some other stuff and low quality.
they are scam and cheating customers as none of their contact numbers are valid and the given mail id is also fake.
It should be reported at Police station regarding their fake profile and idea of cheating customers.
