Before 10days I was ordered some items through this club factory fair price online shopping application and they are promise to deliver the items by 12october but till date I am not getting the items and not any confirmation messages

My order got cancelled from ur side but i have already made da payment . It is deducted from my paytm. Is dis the way ull treat ur customers.
Club Factory does not send any sort of confirmation emal unlike the other online shopping portals do where younot only receive the confirmation but also can track the status of the order. I placed an order 2 days back but not received any email or text confirming the order reference number. Neither I received any update on the app itself apart from reflecting “Your order has confirmed now!!!”
Since This online store does not have an option of COD so I am afraid if I have wasted my money.
