I was ordered 1 product from club factory app on 21-10-2017. I have not received that item. Total amount i have paid Rs 766/- .in order trackin no. SO5806199 but yet i have not received. On 21oct I have received sms from club factory where my parcel has been shifted through dilhevery Courier but there were no any contact no mention to whom i concern. No any toll free no mentioned no any single communication link mention at your app for getting my status from your customer care. I am very disappointed at first booking from your app.

Very poor, worst and pathetic service. Pls revert back on mail and call me on my cell as soon as possible. If i am not getting any call from you will take necessary legal action againt you. I have seen lot of complant at google.
