I ordered a product on the app club Factory on 21st September 2017 order number SO4487214 with full payment of Rs. 2083.13. The company informed that product will be delivered in 10 days and it never came now I see the product is sent to Warangal as per the tracking number X21803448 by DTDC.

The company does not have any customer service number or contact team, they only reply via Facebook messenger.

I saw many post by other people with similar issues on the app.

This app should be banned as it doing wrong business.
