have placed an order on 26 Sep 2017 on app named club factory order no. SO4755699 – Rs. 2003.45/- Amt charged for the order, tracking no. EQ948351685IN, India Post domestic. the delivery date given them was 15 oct 2017, now it is 18 oct, the status for delivery is unable to understand- Delhi to Bangalore, Bangalore to Mumbai, Mumbai to Chandigarh, again forwarded to Bangalore, not getting what is going on, are they made app to waste the customers time, by seeing things display on it. if they don’t want to complete the order on time why they have made this ridiculous app and playing with people by taking their hard work money.
