Club factory is an online app and on 17th October 2017 I ordered few accessories from there. Also made the payment of Rs. 425. I got a date that I will receive my products by 4th of November. They don’t have a contact number or any mail through which I can contact them. The only thing is it replies to my messages after 24 hours and that too they have stopped replying now. Please help me in getting my money back or at least help me in resolving this issue so that such fraud companies don’t exist in India. Please help
