Hi,

I recently brought some product on this application ” Club Factory”. The Site seems legit, and they claim that they deliver the product withing 3-9 working days.
I raised my order on 20th september 2017 and expected it to be delivered in 5-9 working days. After one week, i contacted the customer care (viz chat as they do not have a call number and the number which is mentioned on internet is a fake or doesnt work).
The agent advised that the order is delayed due to one product and i advised them to cancel that product and get the rest delivered urgently. they cancelled and raised a refund request.
However after waiting, on 09th oct, i contacted the courier service ( i kept contacting the Club factory and gati courier service) and they told that it will be delivered by 9th oct 2017. The product wasnt delivered till 9th and on tenth, gati courier called and informed that it will take 1 more week atleast.
Now i have asked the Club factory to cancel my order immediately and raise a refund. To which they told me they cant.

The committed delivery time has lapsed and now the purpose of the product is lost. Now i dont need the product as this is of no use for me.

Kindly advise and help
