I have ordered a shoe on date 11.03.2018 having order number SO14996036 onlne at ClubFactory. At the time of Order I have mentioned Shoe size as 7 UK but the company has delivered the Shoe of size 5.5 US. They r saying that I have mentioned Shoe size as 7 Only, means I have not selected US or UK and if that is the case the order will pick US automatically.I will agree with this if this is mention on there website anywhere but it is not mentioned. Now my point is that if I have mentioned 7 as my shoe size then why the order booking got completed, why it was not told to me to select UK or US or else order booking should not be completed.

Now I am saying to replace the product at their on cost or return the product at their own cost but they are denying to do so. In my opinion it is a mistake done by them so they should bear for it.
