Club liberty – disappointed with the service

The Club Liberty at the 4 Points Sheraton Hotel Bangalore contacted my wife and me.
We were contacted frequently.

On April 29, 2023, we received repeated calls asking when we would visit.
My wife was six months pregnant as we made the 30-kilometer trip to Whitefield. Despite our request for someone who could speak Kannada, the club holiday facilities and package plans were explained to us in Hindi. The club staff claimed that only Hindi is preferred and denied speaking in English.
Gautham (the person who guided us through the package) denied speaking Kannada despite having lived in Karnataka for so long.

We chose to decline the package plan, and did so fairly.
We were informed that we would receive a 2 night, 3 day vacation package or 2 movie tickets on our registered email ID whether we accepted or rejected the package plan.

When we attempt to contact them today, April 30, regarding the complimentary vacation package, no one on the staff picks up the phone or responds when we use the WhatsApp number. When we try to call, their numbers are blocked.

We were let down by the service and the fictitious commitments and promises that were made to us. They wasted our time and made no attempt to communicate.

We need someone to get in touch with us right away so we can escalate this situation. If we are not contacted immediately, steps will be taken. We won’t advocate Club Liberty to any of our loved ones, friends, or acquaintances.
