I too got the voucher of no use due to no response with so many Emails and customer call.
Club liberty Email Responses : they repeat the below responses for last 8 months.
1)”This is to inform you that the Movie Code till 31st is fully occupied so we can cross-check the availability for that you have to coordinate with us after 1st accordingly we can proceed further after checking the availability.
2) This is to inform you that due to technical issues we are unable to receive Movie Code kindly allow 10-15 working days, we will get back to you shortly
