I had a terrible experience with Club Liberty. Their reservation team and customer care, especially Rithu, were unprofessional and unhelpful. Over 60 emails were exchanged for simple bookings, with multiple questions ignored and cases closed prematurely. I received conflicting information about flight details, causing major inconvenience and financial loss. My confidential information was shared with a third-party agent without my consent, leading to unauthorized contact and demands for money. Despite assurances, I was later asked to pay INR 15,000 for baggage, which I discovered was significantly lower upon independent verification. Additionally, they failed to secure hotel bookings despite being informed 45 days in advance. To make matters worse, they are unwilling to cancel my membership despite the horrible service. Overall, their service was abysmal. I strongly advise against using Club Liberty.
