I am very unhappy with the service provided by Club Liberty. I asked for Water and Beach Villas in Maldives, instead you are offering me resorts. When asked, they have just one answer, there is no availability. I have sent an email in June for the booking in November. How much more time is required for the availability I don’t understand. They informed me that the booking will start from Sept. So, on Sept. 3rd I dropped an email again for the booking, still the same answer, we don’t have availability and will not offer you what u have asked for. If you are okay with the properties we have provided then plz confirm your booking else we will close it. I even asked to cancel the ownership in this case, they say we can’t do that. This is the 1st time we are trying to book a package from them and the service with the staff behaviour is pathetic. It was promised by Shiv(EMP ID – LH7003) the ownership can be cancelled if we haven’t used the benefit ever and the entire amount will be refunded back. Still the same. Please take necessary actions.
