I am having trouble in booking hotel stay within 8 months of purchase of membership.
Location bangalore.
They promise, I can book before 48 hours for same location we stay but I cannot book hotel for 1 day even I start booking 20 days before.
I have mailed several times but it takes 2 to 3 days of mail conversation to book 1 hotel still no hotel is booked.
They give options with Breakfast so that they can charge extra money.
I told I do not want With Breakfast then they give options with very low Price hotel.
I paid 202000 in Total and Still paying annual charges whenever I book hotel for same year.
So In short I have paid 4700 Rs. for 1N/2D.
But now I have to waste 3 days still no hotel is booked. And they are giving me hotel stay with 2200 rupees.
What is use to this membership if I I have to opt for No premium Hotel and that too After wasting 3 to 4 days.
How will 10 years membership can continue if I am having mental stress to book 1 hotel.
It would have been better if I didn’t have membership.
