I purchased this membership a few months ago, on February 18, 2023. Documents were sent to me via courier. Since I have been using the services for the past two months, I have asked to cancel, but neither the service provider nor the cancellation party has responded. Can anyone please assist me? Since we live in Chennai, I am unable to visit your office. Please stop harassing your clients and refrain from making false promises when a membership is purchased.
