When you ask about the same after making a reservation, they claim they never even mentioned that they were selling options that don’t even have listings with them.
To make a reservation, you must exchange emails back and forth dozens of times, which is one of the most time-consuming processes in existence. Okay, this is to some extent manageable, but they also manage to mess up the actual booking.
You should trust any online travel agency because they provide a much better service and cheaper rates.
